Score International

The past few days have been exciting times of ministry for Wings Global Outreach.  On Tuesday, we ministered in two different schools to four different assemblies.  Over one hundred Dominican students came to know Christ!  Wednesday morning, we traveled to another school and performed two different programs. In the afternoon, we ministered in a village where we were able to give gifts to the children and share our program with the people there.  We saw God’s sense of humor when, because of the pouring down rain, we were able to sing in a Disco. What an awesome opportunity to turn a house of sin into a house of prayer! Several adults accepted Christ there.  We finished off the evening with the privilege of leading a worship service with our fellow missionaries here at Score International. It was an amazing evening of worship, rejoicing in the power of our Savior!

Thursday we went to a prison and waited several hours before we were able to enter, BUT GOD was preparing the hearts of the prison leaders to trust us and after seeing our program have opened the doors for future ministries to return.  Several men raised their hands that they prayed for salvation, four had the courage to come forward and stand alone.   We traveled to a village in the afternoon which seemed like hours because of trying to avoid all the pot holes in the road, again we saw several adults and young people open their hearts to the Lord after our program.  Our missionary, Kenneth Balootje took us to see the Word of Life property and shared his dream to have this finished someday soon for the children and new believers we have helped to lead to the Lord.  Continue to pray for the ministry here in the D.R.
