The ONE Project - Monday El uno de los proyectos - Lunes
HOLA!!! HOLA! So, thats about as much as I know in Spanish…. Por lo tanto, esto es acerca de todo lo que sabe en español .... a little sad eh? un poco triste ¿eh? Anywho, this morning we awoke, ate and loaded the bus by 8:30 this morning. Anywho, esta mañana nos despertó, comió y el autobús cargado antes de las 8:30 de esta mañana. We were off bright and early to JUMBO which is just like a Super Walmart back at home. Estábamos fuera brillante y temprano para que JUMBO es como un Super Walmart de vuelta en casa. At JUMBO we loaded up our baskets with beans, rice, coffee and a few other items to give to the families we were going to see in the village we were visiting. En JUMBO estamos cargados de nuestra canastas con frijoles, arroz, café y algunos otros temas para dar a las familias que íbamos a ver en la aldea que se visita. After JUMBO we headed out to the village and I was amazed, as always, by the random goats, chickens, horses, and donkeys we saw on the way (something I cannot get use to I guess). JUMBO Después nos dirigimos a la aldea y me sorprendió, como siempre, por el azar cabras, pollos, caballos, burros y vimos en el camino (algo que no se puede utilizar para supongo). When arriving, the kids just started running in toward the bus, I just couldn’t wait to play with them. Al llegar, los niños acaba de empezar a correr en el autobús, yo sólo no podía esperar para jugar con ellos. : ) We were able to play a game of taps which somehow became a game of keep away. :) Hemos podido jugar a un juego de grifos que de alguna manera se convirtió en un juego de mantenerse alejado. It was so much fun!!! Es tan divertido! Then, we were able to perform our skit that all of us worked so hard on… this was amazing because everything we had been practicing worked and we presented the gospel to the kids and families. Luego, pudimos realizar nuestra parodia que todos nosotros trabajado tan duro en este ... fue increíble porque todo lo que se ha trabajado y practicar presentamos el evangelio a los niños y las familias. Cory and Kristian shared their testimonies and then Andres spoke the Word to them and presented the Salvation message. Cory Kristian y compartieron sus testimonios y, a continuación, Andrés habla de la Palabra y que se les presentó el mensaje de Salvación. We headed back for lunch, which by the way was amazing rice and beans, took a dip in the pool and headed off to another village to play with the kids. We played around, did face painting, balloon animals, and bubbles. Hemos jugado en todo, hizo frente a la pintura, globos animales, y las burbujas. It was amazing to see how much joy these kids had, but in life had nothing. Es asombroso ver cómo mucha alegría estos niños había, pero en la vida no tenía nada. The kids continued to have fun wearing us out to the core by throwing us in jail and playing chase. Los niños siguieron divertirme nos llevaba a cabo en el núcleo de tirar nosotros en la cárcel y la persecución de juego. Oh, and having race offs with these kids on our backs. Oh, raza, y teniendo en off con estos niños en espalda. Needless to say we were pooped but had such an incredible time….speaking of poop this needs to be stated… there was a boy named Micheal who seemed to be having more fun laughing at the fact that a random chicken pooped on my foot then anything else. I had no idea what to do. I looked and was of course grossed out by this guacamole looking scat sitting on my foot but I couldn’t help but laugh because of the smile that was on their face when they saw it. Huelga decir que se había Defequé pero tal vez ... increíble. Hablando de caca de este debe ser declarado ... hubo un muchacho llamado Michael, que parece estar teniendo más divertido riendo por el hecho de que un pollo al azar Defequé en mi pie entonces nada otra persona. No tenía ni idea de qué hacer. Miré y, por supuesto, se recaudó por este guacamole buscando SCAT sentado en mi pie, pero no he podido ayudar, pero de risa porque la sonrisa que estaba en su cara cuando lo vio. Soon it was time to say our goodbyes and it was hard to do. Pronto ha llegado el momento de decir nuestra goodbyes y es difícil de hacer. Several of the girls didn’t want us to leave. Varias de las niñas no quieren irse. It was an amazing feeling to say the least. Es una sensación increíble por decir lo menos. Tomorrow is our work day. I am excited to serve!!!
