T5 Volleyball – June 19
This week in Costa Rica has been life changing. I came with my volleyball team. We had to adjust to everything and to do this we had to get out of our comfort zones. The Score stuff made it east to get use to being in a foreign country. We played volleyball everyday and got to Share the word of God. The games were competitive but so much fun. The Costa Ricans are very accepting to us and the Gospel. We met high school students just like us and were able to show the Christ’s love through the sport of volleyball. God has had reason for bringing each one of us to Costa Rica and it was truly a blessing

This mission trip with Sore International to Costa Rica was an experience I did not expect when I first came here. Meeting up new people and just opening up yourself for the work of God in a foreign area. Almost everyday we have been to high schools or open gyms playing a variety of age groups in volleyball and sharing our testimony. We have been Zip Lining, Market shopping, and out to eat at Costa Rican restaurants. The people at Score are so in love with God and are so encouraging. This trip has taught me to go out of my comfort zone and along the way we were able to make great friendships.
