Hello Everybody from Dominican,

Well, we all arrived with no problems on Saturday evening. We made it to the SCORE Complex and went over orientation and rules and then we all ate. After that we retired to our rooms for the night to unpack and organize. We had a very long day, but was very good.

This morning we woke up and all ate and then we all got ready for church. We had church at the SCORE Complex. They are trying to start a church in the area and are praying for a new building. So we had church with a few other groups and with the local Dominican people. It was very good and a very packed place. I don’t think there was one empty chair, and some stood! It is just so awesome to see and hear others all Worshiping one God!

This afternoon we had training for the Medical Clinic for the next few days! It seems like you don’t have to have training for this but really you do with so many people involved. We are doing this Clinic with another church. So, once we figured out all what are requirements and duties are we able to get things organize and separated. So, we divided adult and children toothbrushes, and just pretty much separated all the supplies so they are together and not thrown in different bags. We then spent some time separating vitamins and putting them in 30-day supply bags to distribute. So, we got a jump already for the Clinic.

At night we walked to the beach and had devotions and just reflected how God will use each one of us the next few days and just praise him for what our purpose here is all about!
