Baptist Tabernacle - Monday
Another Blessed Day! We fed 20 families in the Village of “La Balsa” in the City of “San Pedro de Macoris” (There were many more families there - we only had money enough for 20 of the families.) First we all went food shopping with one of the Score Missionaries, then went & delivered the food. We played with the children, took pictures (they love to have their photos taken & then look at them on the camera), then we did our puppet show (which includes & explains how to be saved and serve the Lord). We visited a 2nd village, “Olivares”, also in the city of San Pedro. This village actually has a small Baptist Church & a minister that preaches there. Again, we played, prayed, witnessed, and enjoyed seeing these children so excited & smiling. Many of them say they have been saved, which is a wonderful Blessing!
We had our group devotional last night. We had a devotional meeting with 3 other groups. They had Praise & Worship Videos that we were able to sing along with. It was very touching. We would love to see our church do this!! Everyone here is doing Well–Praise the LORD! We Love Everyone–Please Continue to Pray for Us!
