SCORE International is a ministry to expose people to short term missions.
The purpose of SCORE International is to Evangelize, Encourage missionaries, and Equip participants to do the work of foreign missions.
Our goal is to produce career missionaries and/or create greater partnerships between local churches in the USA and foreign missionaries.
Day 1 & 2
¡Hola de la Republica Dominicana! We arrived safely yesterday and finally
have the chance to give everyone an update on what’s going on. Yesterday,
we only had time to get settled into the SCORE Complex in Juan Dolio,
D.R. However, we did find out about a little thing we know as, “SCOREbucks.” [...]
Last night we got in fairly late and went to bed after orientation.
All went well on the flights. Steven Jones’ luggage went somewhere
else, but it arrived today no probblem. Today was our worship and rest
day! We went to church and got to experience some hispanic worship

We still have some rain, but it seems to be clearing out. We were not effected by any of the flooding in the country. After 3 days we do have our internet back. All groups are now able to send web updates and make calls from our internet based phone. Thanks for everyones concerns and [...]
S.E.A.M. volleyball squad met children and families from a local village. The team played Frisbee, baseball, and other games with the children. They also passed out jerseys, socks, shoes, and delivered the most important gift – the message of Jesus Christ.
S.E.A.M. volleyball squad went back to Santo Domingo to visit with the girls volleyball team. The teams mixed squads with three Dominican players and three American players on each team. All the players enjoyed the competition and enjoyed playing with and against international volleyball players.
