Cornerstone University Softball - Thursday
Greetings Everyone! Thanks so much for all your prayers and support throughout the trip. We had a final time of devotions tonight and asked the team to take turns sharing how the trip has changed their lives. It has been amazing. My prayer through the whole planning and preparations was that God would work in the lives of our team as much as he does in lives of those we share the gospel with. My prayers were answered mega-fold! The girls shared so many things, but some are feeling the call of ministry into their lives, some confessed hardness and bitterness in their hearts and how God has used this trip to soften them and encourage them to actively seek God in the US as much as they have here, and I could go on and on, but what a blessing! We got to visit a girls orphanage this morning, what fun! We got to play with the girls and love on them and hug on them. God is so good. The rest of the day was spent getting hair braided, going to the beach, horseback riding, etc… We had a time of devotions tonite with our team and then with the two other groups still here. How fun! We head out early in the morning, 7:45am for the airport. DR to Miami to Chicago to GR, and we don’t land in GR until 11:25pm. Long day ahead.
